Boom Entertainment has been honored with the inaugural Employer of the Year Award as part of the 2022 EGR Awards.
This achievement reflects a concerted effort by Boom to attract and retain the best talent in online gaming through leadership and development, an inclusive culture, and benefits.

“Boom has grown explosively in the last 14 months, from 25 full-time employees to over 80, and we’ve been intentional about creating a mature, inclusive, and fun place to work,” says Casey Gaynor, Director of HR and Talent Acquisition.
“Ironically, we weren't able to collect the EGR Employer of the Year Award in person because more than 60 Boom team members were attending a weeklong in-person retreat at an incredible resort. The retreat schedule included plenty of opportunities for the Boom team to play games (including golf and karaoke), socialize, and connect."
